[PATCH net-next 05/19] ipvs: convert lblc scheduler to rcu

To: Simon Horman <horms@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: [PATCH net-next 05/19] ipvs: convert lblc scheduler to rcu
Cc: lvs-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, netdev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
From: Julian Anastasov <ja@xxxxxx>
Date: Fri, 22 Mar 2013 11:46:40 +0200
The schedule method now needs _rcu list-traversal
primitive for svc->destinations. The read_lock for sched_lock is
removed. Use a dead flag to prevent new entries to be created
while scheduler is reclaimed. Use hlist for the hash table.
