Are you trying to use Virtual Server via IP tunneling?

I see the output of 'ippfvsadm -L' that prints 'Remote Addr:Port',
because the remote port must be equal to the local port and the
remote port won't be printed out in virtual server via IP tunneling.

I guess you haven't enabled ippfvs using IP tunneling while building
kernel. Please try to enable the following option,
        [ ] IP: enabling ippfvs using IP tunneling
and rebuild the kernel, finally see what happens.

By the way, the rest of your configuration is right.
