Yes it is.  It's a "Cobaltnet" special.  Based on 2.2.12...

        [admin@isidw1 ~]$ uname -r
        2.2.12C5

I reconciled the arp.c file against my standard RH 6.1 (2.2.12-20) and
attempted to apply the sdw_fullarpfix.patch thinking that it was
simply a problem with the "special" kernel.  On RH 6.1, I couldn't
apply the patch either.  All hunks rejected.

Has anyone applied the patch on a 2.2.12-XX kernel?  If so, would you
please mail me your apr.c file?
