We found the new eepro100 driver works with some new batch of
manufactured NIC, but not working in other batch of NIC made
by Intel.  You will need to compile the driver with "#define USE_IO"
flag, if your eepro100 card does not work.  It will slow down your
card to avoid the timing problem.
