looks like it works now!

woohoo.

i think my problem was two fold...

one i was trying to use the version that of prianha etc that came with 
redhat6.2 and that was just going boom all over..

i then upgraded to the version i stated below.. still had problems...but 
i had forgotten that i had turned off the packet forwarding and natting 
in between upgrades...

turned it on, changed the default gw on the real server and boom it 
works...

now that it works, should i get off it? :)

or is it reasonable to stick with a working piranha?
