connection slow / timeout (NAT)

Hi,
I use RH7 kernel 2.2.16-22 with ipvsadm 0.9.14 & NAT
Real server are win2000 & RH6.2(kernel 2.2.17)
The director IP is 202.51.194.22 and real server network is 192.168.0.0/24

The problem is connection is very slow / large timeout (test from my own
network),...I don't know why..:-(

I've setup default route on each real server go to director IP (192.168.0.101)
and set ipchains with
# ipchains -A forward -j MASQ -s 192.168.0.0/24 -d 0.0.0.0/0

Is this because Masquerade timeout problem ,..as I read in LVS howto ? Do I
have to set someting like ipchains -M -S 300 60 300 ? 

I believe the default is 900 120 300,..but how to check it ?
