Good morning everyone. I browsed all over the list archives trying to find
any previous posted messages that discuss about SMTP, POP3 and IMAP working
over a LVM. I found pretty good information on the subject, but all of the
messages are out of date (most of them were written in 1999).

I want to ask if there's anybody running a LVM that includes this services.
Please let me know any success, failures or recommendations you might have
from your experience. By now, I have the following questions:

1. Are the blocking problems of NFS totally solved?
2. Is the Direct Routing the best method in this case?
3. Would it be good (in terms of speed) to use an LVM even if I don't have
any advanced storage device? Note: I would use an array of SCSI disks.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

Regards,
Jaime
