Well leave it up to breaking down and asking for help to make the darned
thing start working again... While collecting all the information I
restarted everything and tested it one last time and it's now working. My
guess is that I ran a bogus version of the rc.lvs_dr script on one or more
of the machines. My bad... But if I have any problems in the future at
least I'll make sure to include all the pertinent information the first time
around.
