just one simple question:
is there any possibility to use two webservers without load- balancing?
i think about it in that way, that the director just points to one
server, and if it fails, point to the other one.
i had an idea of giving highly differtiated loads, like 65000 to 1, and
using mon, which puts out the failed server of the ipvsadm-list. i
thought also on using heartbeat+fake on them, but the webs are running
solaris, and the port is still going on. i'm trying to do port it with
the help from ha-dev, but we need the solution more or less quickly
(rather more than less, :) )
don't break your heads, just if one of you had already the same
intentions (which i hope is the case).
