As posted to Roberto, I am getting a LOT of these in dmesg:

192.168.0.128 sent an invalid ICMP error to a broadcast.

That IP is what heartbeat is running on.  See the reply to Roberto for more
info.  Unfortunitely I'm waiting for the moderators to post my reply since
it was over 40K.

Best of all: dmesg...
If it looses buffers somewhere, it should show up in dmesg...
