thinking about this more, I realise that multiport setups
have all been LVS-DR with the server listening on the VIP
on all ports. 

I don't think we've done something like passive ftp with fwmark.

Also no-one has done LVS-NAT with a multiport service and fwmark.
It would be nice if it worked, but we haven't tried it yet.
