What difference does that make ?
It doesn't matter which LVS mode you use certificates are bound to 
either full or partial dns names, bugger all to do with network 
configurations...I think :-).
As for having persistence from port 80 to port 443 you could do a 
persistent 0 i.e. every port on this VIP is persistent ?
Someone probably knows a neater way though.
