Hi all,

I've posted a rather rough outline of a cluster recovery/resource manager
(more than 2 nodes, various bells and whistles) to the linu-ha-dev list.

As it is not strictly on-topic for OCF because it doesn't deal with standards,
nor exactly on-topic for the general linux-ha list because it's mostly geared
at developers and similarily for the lvs-users list, but I expect that some
people here might be interested in reading / commenting it, so here is the
pointer ;-)
