If you want to use the machine as a real server while
it is a stand-by linux director then it probably is
neccessary to move the VIP to the loopback interface. 
Otherwise it can be deleted. In either case it
should be handled by heartbeat, keepalived or whaterver
is handling the failover of active/stand-by linux directors.
