All the LVS releases are available from
www.linuxvirtualserver.org. Generally
each release is made in two forms.
A tar ball which you can use to build
LVS outside or inside the kernel tree.
And a patch which can only be used
to build LVS inside the kernel tree.

Take your pick. Though remember that
as of 2.4.22 (I think) LVS is included
in the Linux kernel tree so unless you
need some special new feature you should
just be able to use that code.

The tar ball also includes ipvsadm which can
also be found in a separate tarball. You will
need a verion of ipvsadm that _matches_ the
version of LVS that you are using in order
to be able to configure LVS.
