You haven't tested it properly yet
Follow the directions in the HOWTO.
Take the director by itself (no realservers, no SNAT rules), install the
localnode realserver
with ipvsadm. Configure sshd to listen to the VIP and then test if you can
connect from
a client to the localnode realserver.
