sync demon, does it transferred RELATED state info too?

The sync demon tranfers only ESTABLISHED state information on the 
assumption that FIN_WAIT states etc will timeout on their own
and this information doesn't need to be transferred to the backup
director.

What about RELATED info (eg ftp with LVS-NAT)? Is this transferred
to the backup director?
