You should set up apache on your real servers, just as you would
if you had a single web server. Just make sure that you copy the
configuration to all the real servers.

The DNS entry for each domain should resolve the web address
(e.g. www.blah.com) to the VIP of your cluster.

You can run Bind wherever you like.
