problem with mon software-----

hi all
I had successfully configured Linux virtual server
with httpd services with two real servers. Now I am
configuring the MON software to detect the
server/services failover .The mon is getting installed
properly.After editing mon.cf for the required
services.I used the command rc.mon or S99mon as
./S99mon start
,But it is exiting with the following errors:-

I had tried installing perl packages (libwww- perl
-580.3.tar.gz) from CPAN website and I used the
command #gzip -dc libwww-perl-580.3.tar.gz | tar -xof
-
,but it is also giving errors:-
