This server was supposedly commented out in ldirectord.cf....

# Virtual Service for HTTPS-->foo.com
virtual=10.0.33.120:443
# Uncomment the following two lines for foobar cut over Nov 9/10 2005
       real=10.0.37.148:443 masq 1
       real=10.0.37.150:443 masq 1
# Comment out the following two lines for Perseus cut over Nov 9/10 2005
#        real=10.0.37.144:443 masq 1
#        real=10.0.37.146:443 masq 1
        service=https
        scheduler=rr
        protocol=tcp
        request="Foo"

and yet this morning it was added as a real server?

Nov 22 01:10:51 omares-loadbal1 ldirectord[16704]: Added real server:
10.0.37.144:443 (-1 x 10.0.33.120:443) (Weight set to 1)

Questions

1) What is the significance of the -1
2) Don't hashes work to comment out real servers?

TIA
Dave Thacker
