The attached patch implements the exact option as previously suggested
and implemented by Guy Waugh. It has been adapted to a newer ipvsadm.c
and some issues of the previous patch have been addressed. Changelog:

o implement "-X" or "--exact" of the LIST command to output full lenght
  numbers, rather than the human-readable notation
o removed the prototype change by adding FMT_EXACT.
o s/missmatch/mismatch/
o increased used bits for OPT_* defines
o no need to invoke a library call to get the string len

I wonder if it would be better to overload print_largenum() with the
format and do the distinction in print_largenum() only?

Anyway, Guy, Sébastien, could you guys please give this patch a whirl
since I do not have access to a IPVS enabled kernel?
