I need flanders to get more of the redirects than krusty.

But from what i can tell the way i have it set now Flanders will get
twice as many as krusty. Is that correct?

twice as many _new_ connections. remember you're using persistency which can skew what you see.

Is there a way to make it like 1.5 times more ?

ip_vs uses the ratio of the numbers with no meaning to the absolute size of the numbers. so use weights of 2,3 or 200,300 etc
