I am still waiting for answer, my routing problem is not solved, i am only
using ipvsadm-1.24 , is there any requirement for server redirection to
192.168.3.2 or 192.168.3.3 to apache port.

Make sure you understand this. Then remove the route from the
realservers to the local LAN, which will force them to route everything
via the director.
