Yes

If by reverse you mean what is called persistance in the LVS
documentation, then yes. There are also specialised scheduling
algorithms designed to take into account what is typically wanted
out of this kind of setup when it is used for reverse proxying.
If you have other needs, then you may want to look into
your own customised scheduling algorithm.
