Again, suspicious netmask.  Are you trying to set up LVS-NAT or LVS-TUN?

TCPDump on VIP says:

0,nop,wscale 7>

and i can see the packages on my real server to:

1460,sackOK,timestamp 917457 7640300,nop,wscale 7>

Can you see packets returning from real server on you director?
