The config looks sane enough. However you have to ensure that the
gateways the realservers use are willing to let traffic through which is
deemed to be a "martian" - that is, traffic arriving on a NIC from a
network not on that NIC.

In an ISP environment this is a common cause of DR type load balancing
not working. Yours looks unlikely to be that type of environment, so one
suspects you have control of all the gateways.

With it all setup, do you see traffic from VIP to CIP on the outbound
gateways the realservers use?
