Hi,

I´m experiencing an interesting problem with ipvsadm and packets which reach
ipvsadm via a GRE tunnel.

There are two linux-boxes, debian 4.0, 2.6.18-6-amd64 #1 SMP, ipvsadm version
1.2.1, interconnected by a GRE tunnel.

If I open a scp-session and copy a large file _without_ ipvsadm on the
destination loadbalancer, everything works perfectly. The tunnel interfaces on
both sides have nopmtudisc enabled.
If I start ipvsadm on the destination loadbalancer, it seems like packets
larger then ~1450bytes will be dropped, the scp stalls.

I thought it was a problem with the tunnel but after I checked the values and
disabled ipvsadm, it works.

Can anyone shed light on what this problem may be or possibly orientate me in
the right direction.

anyhelp would be much appreciated.

thanks in advance

Marco
