I have lvs working as a pair for a couple of web servers but have built a
couple of squid servers which I'd like to put in front of the web servers. I
was hoping that because squid is transparent that it would be as simple as
changing the IP's of the real servers in the lvs.cf but this doesn't work.

The current setup is;

     send = "GET / HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n"
     expect = "HTTP"

This works for the web servers but not squid. What should I be looking for from
squid? I've searched the forums and googled but have not found the solution yet.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
