I've never used nanny so will ask a few basic questions:
1. Is 192.168.1.254 on an interface on the director that the realservers
can reach?
2. Can you connect to port 80 on 192.168.1.10 from the director?
3. Is Apache on 192.168.1.10 logging any accesses from the director?
