I'm not sure how much is going on with ktcpvs (development, 
use). It doesn't get talked about a whole lot here (I can't 
remember when there was last a question about it). I haven't 
tried it, but others on this list probably have.

Layer 7 code seems to have been left to the commercial crowd 
to implement.
