How to know if LVS is well cofigured? because i tried follow for DIRECT
routing:

sudo ipvsadm -A -t 192.168.0.100:8080 -s rr
sudo ipvsadm -a -t 192.168.0.100:8080 -r 192.168.0.102:8080 -g

in 192.168.0.100 is a director. (Ubuntu 9.10)
192.168.0.102 have a tomcat web server (ubuntu 9.10)

but when a host client get a resource to 192.168.0.100 not even establish a
connection TCP, from wireshark i view that only packets SYN from host client
to director. with nmap the port 8080 appear in state "filtered" but i make
sure the firewall is down... but is the same... why???

is there any way to see the LVS condiguracion or the state of this???
which are the better forms to test LVS???

I'm so sorry, but i novice using mailin list.

thank you
