Indeed they are (at least, those since the move from net/ipv4/ipvs to
net/netfilter/ipvs).
There have been 233 commits since Sep 19th 2008, which is when the above
move happened. I was going to write a summary of what I feel are the
significant changes, but with 233 commits I think I'll leave that as an
exercise for the reader :)
