I have no idea of Piranha. But I will try.
Primary server public IP: 122.166.233.136
NAT Router IP: 192.168.3.10
NAT Router netmask: 255.255.255.0
NAT Router device: eth1:1
This should be the setup you already had. But there is nothing wrong
with it.
Where is the part, that mentions iptables?
default gateway of real servers is 192.168.3.10?
How do you test your setup?
