Hi All,

A good news is that I did some changes of VS code and the dispatching
techniques of IBM's NetDispatcher were implemented in the VS patch, I
tested it tonight and it worked. :-) It can support both TCP and UDP
services but NetDispatch can only support TCP connections. However, the
code still needs to be beautified.

It will be packed into the vs-0.9 release.
