The increment/decrement of the active connection counter
is done in the ip_masq.c, ip_vs.c (in the VS patch for kernel 2.2).

The ip_vs_bind_masq, ip_vs_unbind_masq and ip_vs_fin_masq
functions are used to do counting job.
