I saw in the net that Sun Sloaris 8.0 OS is also getting shipped with source
code as free
 
What exactly has changed? At one point there were two licences, a binary and a source.  I heard something about Sun changing the way they handle their source licence on slashdot but I also heard that sun wasn't moving to an opensource type framework...perhaps somebody could coment.
