Sorry for my earlier junk mail.
I have a small doubt. It may look very silly...
After installing the rpm and editing both ha.cf and
haresorces(in only linuxha1 or director machine), I tried the heartbeat
start. But it gave the
following message .."Starting ha services : execvp: no such file or
directory [FAILED]."
1.Do we need to istall the rpm file "heartbeat-0.4.1-3.i386"
in both the routers(linuxha1 and linuxha2) OR will it be suffice
if I run it in the linuxha1 machine?.
I am actually using redhat 6.1 distribution. The problem is mouse is
not getting detected by kudzu in my linuxha2.
As there were no hot keys to open filemanager in xwindows,
I could not install the the above rpm in this machine(linuxha2 or
director2) through xwindows.
2. How can I install this rpm without the help of GUI?.
I have tried the command "install heartbeat-0.4.1-3.i386 /etc/ha.d".
But it was not getting installed. The rpm itself was simply getting copied
as ha.d file.
Can anybody help me out?
