Hi,

I have few queries. I am stuck here. Can anybody help me out.
I was trying to setup a hearbet system with two realservers(server1 &server2)
and two directors (router1 and router2) for telenet service.
I am running redhat 6.1 with kernel 2.212.

1.I am using the heartbeat version 4.6.1 rpm from the net.
First of all tell me whether I need to make any patches to the kernel ?

2. I have copied the files ha.cf,haresources and authkeys
to /etc/ha.d and edited them as suggested in the HA getting started doc.
The resource script lvs mentioned in haresources file was not getting
executed. i.e IPaddress takeover was not working.
    Why is it so?

3. Do you need mon with heartbeat?

4. Here is the error message I am getting in ha-log heartbeat is started.
error: cannot open /proc/ha/.control no such file or directory.
How will the file be  created?
And when the other reouter fails this is what I am getting.
    warn: node router1 is dead
    running /etc/ha.d/rc.d/status status
But it was not takingover the virtual IPaddress.
    What is the problem?

Thanks,
Madhav
