Announce ldirectord version 1.14

I would like to announce ldirectod version 1.14.
This release mostly includes patches from Peter Skliarouk:

- now it is possible to only check if the socket is alive;
  connecttype=connect instead of connecttype=negotiate (default).
- checktimeout is configurable for each virtual server section.
- Please use the directive 'checktimeout' instead of 'timeout' in 
  config files in future, since 'timeout' is equivocal.
- port where service is checket can be different from port to redirect
  traffic.
