How to meausre the capacity of LVS dispatcher??

Is there any way to measure the capacity of dispatcher??

I use a PII 400, 256MB memory pc as dispathcer. I use 8
client send request to dispatcher as a total rate 4000/s
to test the CPU utilization. But CPU utilization still is
zero. Does anyone has any good tools to measure the CPU
utilization??

The tool I use is ProcMeter.
