It's not that easy. If you have (for example) lvs in tunnelling
mode, the dataflow "back" does not go through the lvs again.
It goes directly form the realserver to the client. The lvs
doesn't wait for it, so he doesn't see it's unreachable.

I think it is the same thing with DR or NAT.

If you want to have the lvs to react, you need heartbeat or mon,
I don't know which of those two.
