Newbie : Install Piranha on RH7.0

How can I install piranha-0.4.17-2.i386.rpm on Redhat 7.0?
Because RH7.0 used rpm-4.0-4 .When I run # rpm -i piranha-0.4.17-2.i386.rpm
.
it return error: piranha-0.4.17-2.i386.rpm does not appear to be a RPM
package
