Hi,

The ipvs-0.2.1 for kernel 2.4 was available at the LVS web site.

IP Virtual Server Netfilter module - Version 0.2.1 - January 15, 2001

Changes:
        * Removed some wrong "static" declarations in ip_vs_ctl.c and
        ip_vs_conn.c.

        * Ported new stuff of ipvsadm for kernel 2.2 to ipvsadm for
        kernel 2.4, and  upgrade ipvsadm-1.12 for kernel 2.4 to version
        1.14.

        * Added the related Config.in and Makefiles. You can compile
        ipvs within the kernel after copying those files manually.
