running X -query or remote X apps

Hi all

I have a Linux server connected to IP 195.139.88.76  on the internet

i have clients connected  via linux router ( 195.139.88.31) at a different place
now my problem is.   the clients are on local ips like 192.168.0.200 .... using
this clients i can ping telnet to linux server 195.139.88.76  but if i try to
run X apps from 195.139.88.76 i cannot 

can i sort these problem usin LINUX VIRTUALS SERVER 

Kindly HELP !!
