I want to set up an FOS cluster for redundant DNS servers and I'd like to do
this without loading Xwindow on my servers. I'm using a 255.255.255.192
netmask and a split DNS where I would like to have two DNS server clusters
on either side of a firewall (and of course in different subnets). I have
piranha installed (without Apache) and cannot find a way to bring the VIP up
with the proper netmask.
What I really need to know is if what I want to do is even possible with FOS
or am I going to have to find another solution? I have searched through the
list's archives and haven't found anything to help me.
Please give me some hope.
