Once your director is working you can save the ipvsadm commands with
$ipvsadm-sav >ipvsadm.dump
and reload them later
$ipvsadm-restore <ipvsadm.dump
The rc.lvs file produced by the configure-lvs script does a lot of
network and other checking to make sure that the LVS will run.
It doesn't know whether it's running on the director or a real-server
till run time and I don't see any obvious way of outputting the commands
for each node.
