Thanks Joseph Mack and all others,

I removed the aliases in both the interfaces. I changed the configuration
accordingly. It worked fine. Now i have added one more real server and it
works.

Now I thought of adding a back up director also. What software I should use
for failover service and for monitoring the cluster.
