Hi All,
Is there support for failover provided in Linux
Virtual server ? If not is failover support planned
for the future?
This doubt arises as RFC 2391 specifies that once a
client is assigned a real server he cannot be
transferred to another real server.
But isn't failover possible by changing the masq
entries and rehashing for at least UDP
connections.????
Also there seem to be some references to IPR issues at
the end of the RFC 2391. Is this relevant to the Linux
Virtual Server and can anyone change the code of
ip_vs.c ??
