IMO, the 2.4 version is more buggy. What I notice is that
the fixes to the QoS code go too slowly. After applying the ds-9pre
fixes to 2.2 I can tell that I don't see any big problems in the 2.2
version (from so much patching I already don't remember whether I
fixed something in my 2.2 tree related to QoS :) And I use a small
part from all possible disciplines and classifiers). One always can
diff the both trees and to fix the bugs in 2.2.
