> my webservers and have that handled by just one F5 big-IP SSL NIC). if it gets too complex using an internal card, you can use something like Intel's 7110 or 7115 'bridge-like' devices. they have no IP address and would sit in front of your LVS box (if using NAT) ... http://www.intel.com/network/idc/products/accel_7110.htm - 200 ssl/second (pretty cheap and very simple to integrate) http://www.intel.com/network/idc/products/accel_7115.htm - 600 ssl/second then again maybe you already have hardware and don't have the budget :) Peter |
